Spot-Kung-Fu-shirt/Boxing Suit / Karate Suit

While all three types of clothing are used for martial arts practice, they have some differences. Kung Fu shirts typically feature a Chinese-style stand-up collar and loose-fitting trousers; boxing uniforms come in various styles, possibly including short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts paired with long trousers; and karate uniforms are usually white, loose-fitting shirts and trousers, with a belt. The choice should be based on the type of martial art practiced.

When choosing the right size, height, weight, and body type should be considered. Generally speaking, kung fu shirts and martial arts uniforms should be slightly loose to allow for movement. It is recommended to measure shoulder width, chest circumference, waist circumference, and height, and then refer to the size chart. If you fall between two sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the slightly larger size to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.

Kung Fu shirts, boxing uniforms, and karate uniforms are typically made of durable and breathable fabrics. Common materials include pure cotton and cotton-polyester blends. These fabrics are absorbent and breathable, making them suitable for long training sessions. Some high-end products may use specially treated fabrics to enhance durability and comfort.
