Q1: How to accurately measure chest width when ordering a custom-made hoodie/sweatshirt?

A: Lay the hoodie flat. Find the lowest point of the seam under one armpit. Measure horizontally to the lowest point of the seam under the other armpit. This single-sided measurement is the "chest width." Multiply it by 2 to get the full chest circumference. Chest width is the most crucial data determining the comfort and freedom of movement when wearing a hoodie.


Q2: If I order a hoodie with a no-shoulder design (such as horn sleeves/lacquer sleeves), how should I measure the sleeve length?

A: For no-shoulder hoodies, iGift recommends using the "back center measurement method": Start from the center point of the back of the neck, measure to the shoulder, then along the outer edge of the arm to the wrist (the end of the ribbing at the cuff). This method will provide the most accurate sleeve length measurement.


Q3: Why is there a slight difference between the size of the hoodie I receive and the official size chart?

A: This is a normal phenomenon in the garment and textile industry. Because of different hoodie designs, different fabric materials (e.g., pure cotton may shrink slightly after washing), and the fact that all garments are hand-sewn, there will be a reasonable margin of error between the final product and the size chart.
